A prompt is a natural language instruction. AI-supported content with real added value is generated through the development and continuous improvement of suitable prompts based on existing, highly relevant tourism data. The high-quality data comes from the Outdooractive platform and is made up of real community content and the professional content of our 5,000 partners.
More and more official content from our platform will flow into the existing AI models. The positive effect: the more high-quality professional content is fed in, the better and faster our AI delivers results - automatically for all Outdooractive partners. The aim is to create an AI that automatically generates content based on data from the Alliance of Officials instead of unchecked, mostly low-quality web content.

How do the AI-functionalities work in MyBusiness?
Travel Guide
Points of interest (POI)
Log in to MyBusiness and select the desired point/POI. Open the description tab and click on the button Generate Content. The individual prompt is now displayed and with a click, the AI-generated text is created. It can be saved directly in the description fields of the POI by clicking on Save.
Routes and linked POIs
Log in to My Business and open the desired tour in the Content Manager. The automatically linked POIs can be added and removed on the tab Linked Points. Currently linked POIs are displayed with larger and colored icons. To add a POI manually, click on the gray icon and activate the checkbox Waypoint. Similarly, you can remove an automatically added POI by deactivating all checkboxes. Relevant points are automatically linked to routes when a new route is created, existing routes do not yet have any linked points and when changes are made to the geometry or other important properties of an existing tour.
With the integration of a structured prompt management system in MyBusiness, we offer tourism companies an innovative solution to optimally use generative AI for the creation of high-quality, SEO-relevant content.
